It is often possible to tell a biological mother and daughter by the similarity in their eyebrows. Eventually, I became curious if it would be possible to see the daughters face in the face of the mother.
For this project, I wanted daughters who were old enough to have formed adult features. So I set the minimum age at 16. I didn't want the daughter to show signs of aging yet, so the maximum age was set at 21. The mother's age was whatever it was.
I asked everyone to wear black.
